2) How do I place an order?
It's quite simple. Here's how:
You can use our on-line secure shopping cart to place a credit
card order. Mastercard or Visa accepted.
(Sorry, we do not accept Debit Cards)

You can use our on-line secure shopping cart to print out your
order and then:
a. Fax it to us with your credit card information,
or
b. Mail it to us with your check, money order, or credit card information,
or
c. Call us with your order. Be sure to have your credit card handy when placing
the call.

Yes we, ship anywhere.
5) What are shipping &
handling charges?
S&H charges are based on the Total of your
order.
U.S. Orders
Up to $20.00...............$6.95
$20.01 - $50.00...........$8.50
$50.01 - $100.00.........$10.50
$100.01 - $200.00.......$13.50
Over $200.00...............$16.00
All International orders:
Shipping & Handling Charges are the charge
listed above plus an additional 30% of your order Total.

6) I need something shipped overnight. Do you have Overnight
or Express Shipping?
Yes, we can do overnight or express shipping.
US ORDERS ONLY, NO OUT OF COUNTRY ORDERS SHIPPED OVERNIGHT.
Please keep in mind we are a small at-home
based company and we are not staffed 24 hours a day. We do occassionally close
for vacations or business trips. But we will do whatever we can to get your
order to you as soon as possible. If there is any way possible we can ship
your order overnight, we will be happy to do so.
To place your order Overnight it is best to
call us to make sure we have the item(s) in stock and to assure overnight
delivery is available to your area.

You may also specify OVERNIGHT on the secure
on-line order form in the box marked "special order instructions".
By doing this you give us permission to charge
your credit card the appropriate rush delivery shipping and handling charges
without us contacting you prior to shipping.
And what is the cost of Express or Overnight Shipping?
We charge a $3.00 rush handling fee plus you
will be charged any actual shipping charges charged by the delivery company.
Depending on the weight of your package, how
fast you need it, and your location, shipping and handling charges can range
from about $25 - $75 or perhaps more.
We are more than happy to give you a quote
before shipping your package.
7) I bought something that is the wrong size. What is
your exchange policy?
You can return anything to us for a smaller
or larger size, as long as the item is still in brand new condition. Just
ship it back to us.
We do not pay return shipping fees.
If the item you wish to exchange your item
for is of lesser value, we will credit you.
If the item you wish to exchange your item
for is of greater value, you will be charged the difference.
Either way, you will have to pay shipping &
handling charges.
8) What is your return policy?
Any item can be returned for any reason as
long as it is in the same condition as it was when you purchased it.
All items returned will be charged a 15% restocking
fee and you will be issued store credit only for the remainder of the purchase
price.
No refund or store credit will be given for
shipping & handling charges incurred on your purchase(s).
